Brachytherapy places radioactive sources directly within or adjacent to the tumour, delivering high local doses with rapid dose fall-off. ARC offers HDR brachytherapy using the Flexitron afterloader for cervical (intracavitary + interstitial), prostate (seed + HDR), breast (APBI), and oesophageal cancers.
